BENEFITS OF AGRICULTURE
During hunter-gatherer times people found food by exploring places to hunt wild animals and gather nuts, berries, and seeds from plants that were found . People had lived in caves or rough tent-like structures these were called temporary shelters because hunter-gatherers were nomads. Moved from place to place to follow animals, or find new plants. Human-environment interaction have caused people to use their natural recourses to survive.
Farmers figured out that instead of depending on hunter gatherer life they learned that they could plant seeds and harvest crops. Farmers also learned that they could use animals as pets and use the pets for farm produce. They raised sheep, goats, and cattle for food. Goats and cattle also provided milk. Mules helped transport heavy objects. Human-Environment interaction developed by humans learning that agriculture is a easier way to live.
The biggest change agriculture brought was permanet shelters people used , mud bricks to build round and rectangular shelters. These houses benefited people by safety, building communities, and cooking in new ways . People for cooking would dig into the floor and lined it with clay people fill the holes with water and drop hot stones to make the water boil for cooking. Long-lasting homes helped settle together and establish larger communities. Safety helped people have from bad weather and wild animals
