But Ms. Brown, you've taught us what to do, but HOW do we study?
Okay class, remember that we have a math test tomorrow. Don't forget to study!
My students were doing well with the math concepts that I was teaching them, but because this was their first test of the school year, they did not know how to properly study for the test.
To help them with this, I decided to put together a "do's and don'ts" study tip video. This video will be beneficial for them and my future classes.
DO:make notecards and use them to study. Study in a quiet environment or with instrumental music. Look over your notes. Review your homework and work problems out again to give you extra practice.
DON'T: listen to music with words. It will distract you. Wait until the last minute to study. Study with people that will distract you. Just wing it.
