Hello! I have no name, but was called The Monster.
Hello! My name is Malala.
One specific lesson I have learned throughout my life is that it is important to belong to a family that cares and loves you. I observed this feeling from a far distance away, as I watched a family grow and care for each other everyday. I saw them laugh and cry, and it showed me how much a family means to everyone, and how much I lacked that feeling of family.
I feel so bad that you were treated in such a harsh way. I hope things turn out for the better! One lesson I learned throughout my long and difficult journey was to never give up and always stand up for what you believe in. I grew up in a place where women weren't allowed to do most things men were able to do. Being someone who loved education as a kid, I was devastate to hear that I was not allowed to go to school. However, my parents were great and allowed me to pursue my dreams. After years of rebelling and speaking up for what I believed in, the terrorists didn't allow it to go on any further and ordered to kill me. That day was one of the most frightening days of my life, for my family and I. For weeks and weeks I wasn't able to see my family and was stuck in the hospital for even longer. After getting shot in the head 3 times, I realized that there was a reason I was still alive, and believed I had to do something to show why. So after I fully recovered I kept on standing up for what I believed in and it turned out for the better.
