  • Taxes are too high
  • These taxes are preposterous, how can I be expected to bust my back all day to support the other estates lavish lifestyles. I can barley support myself!
  • I agree, it is completely ridiculous that we have to work ourselves to death, just so Louis XVI and his wife can take all of our money and throw it away!
  • Louis XVI makes France bankrupt
  • No way man, I can't afford that.
  • If more money is what we need, of course we should raise taxes!
  • This is ridiculous! France NEEDS more fountains!! How can we go on without more fountains and luxurious exotic goods? We need more tax revenue, what do you guys think?
  • Yeah, go for it. Higher taxes are definitely a must!
  • 3rd estate establishes national assembly
  • Great idea!
  • The king keeps taking all of our money and making it impossible to survive! We don't need the king, lets form a National Assembly!
  • These two workers are outraged by the taxes being imposed on them by the king. They live in the third estate so they are relied on to pay all taxes while the second and first estate live tax free.
  • national assembly overthrows Louis XVI
  • King Louis XVI keeps spending all of Frances money and the county is going bankrupt. He decides to call a representative from each estate and conduct a vote to decide if he should raise taxes. have to pay them. Since it is a 2/3 majority in favor of raising taxesform the 2nd and 1st estate, the taxes are raised.
  • Fall of Robespierre
  • I don't like this guy. I think he had lost his mind with power. He no longer protects us and it's time for him to be overthrown.
  • The members of the third estate are very angry about the taxes and decide that they don't need the Louis XVI. They decide to form their own governing body and call it the National Assembly.
  • Napolean brings France out of revolution
  • The king realizes the power of the National Assembly decides that he needs to try and ally up with them. They refuse his offer and over him. Eventually a new leader named Robespierre rises to power and ends up getting elected.
  • Hey national assembly, I think it would be best if we allied up.
  • We are not interested. We have found our own leader and his name is Robespierre.
  • Robespierre begins to go crazy with power and starts searching France for anyone who is still loyal to King Louis XVI even though he has been tried for treason and killed. The National Assembly decides to overthrow Robespierre and have him Guillotined which is the end of the reign of terror in France.
  • Anyone who is still loyal to Louis XVI is a traitor. Line up to meet you fate.
  • With the fall of Robespierre, France is left without a leader. A man named Napoleon begins campaigning and is liked by the people of France. He gets elected to power and brings France out of the revolution.
  • I think France should have equal taxes for everybody
  • Napoleon knows what the people of France want. We should elect him as the new leader
