- The Declaration of Independence is the paper that declares that the Americans are free from the British. The Declaration was signed on July 4, 1776 giving them their independence.
- Common Sense is one of the most famous pamphlets and texts are written in American History, this helped the Patriots gain independence from the British because it was the first pamphlet or text to talk about the American’s rights and about why they should have independence. This was the main factor in the independence of the Declaration of Independence because it inspired and motivated the Patriots for independence.
- Thomas Jefferson is the author of the Declaration of Independence and he is the third president of the United States of America. He fought during the American Revolution and he played a big role in the freedom and indpendence of the United States of America.He plays a big role in the writing of the Declaration of Independence
