Ok. Did you know that Positive Psychology has a very short history with a very long past?
Martin E. P. Seligman, in his 1998 APA Presidential Address, is said to have introduced positive psychology to the American Psychological Association. However, overwhelming evidence suggests that the principal components of positive psychology date back to the time of Plato and Aristotole (Froh, 2004)
480-323 BC Spcrates (470-399 BC), Plato (circa 428-348 BC) , Aristotle (384-322 BC) and others were concerned with normality and virtue and what it means to have a good life.
