call to action This was the first time I saw the bullying occur. A grumpy big kid was picking on a friend of mine who happened to be going through a death of his parent. As a bystander this was my call into action.
atonement with the father I first saw help from the guidance counselor in school to see how I could approach a situation like that without causing too much tension, and/or something worse. I was told to just leave it alone and tell an adult when I see it
first challenge The second time I saw the bullying occur I was paralyzed, after I told the adults, it still continued. It was hard to keep quiet and wait for an adult to come and intervene.
temptation Out on the playground, after witnessing another attack, I was tempted to just launch an all out attack of my own and stick up for my friend in need. No adult near by the urge was nearly killing me.
final conflict This was my last time witnessing this, I finally stood up, and fought.
return home On a literal note, things went back to normal on the return home, very quiet, but peaceful.
