Storyboard Text

  • Athens
  • Hey, I'm one of the greatest philosophers that ever existed, Aristotle.
  • I displayed a deep interest in understanding Greece's City-states.
  • And I collected evidence about institutional structures from Greece and our neighbors.
  • Carthage
  • But I had more interest in one of the many City-states, Carthage. So I wrote it's constitution.
  • Carthage was originally a Phoenician colony and it was a major trading port, it also was the "leading power in the Mediterranean."
  • The constitution I wrote for Carthage resembles the Spartan and Cretan one but it has lasted well and didn't turn into a Tyranny.
