International response to Japanese Agression
This storyboard does not have a description.
China submits a matter to arbitration to the League of Nations.
League does not respond right away, however, finally send a fact finding commission - Lytton commisson.
The commission takes their sweet time of several months to arrive in China and then several months to report.
We agree Japan was not acting in self-defense yet China is responsible. We've done our job who cares what and why it actually happened.
Meanwhile, trade and financial relations were not severed with Japan.
Japan continued to control Manchuria while the other League members remained to protecting their own interests.
When the other members finally started to condem Japan's aggression Japan left the League.
Goodbye everyone. I'll remember you all in therapy.
