Mental Health/COVID 19

Storyboard Text

  • I feel sooo lonely when all I can do during the covid-19 pandemic is to stay home and have my classes through zoom...
  • I have been so stressed out because it is hard to take in as much information from classes as I could before. And it seems like I'm the only one having those troubles.
  • We were having difficulties with having the vaccines when my aunt caught the virus. I am not sure what to do to help and make her feel better
  • But I can still face time my friends to do work together. We could also watch movie through zoom. Those are our ways of socializing.
  • I finally asked my peers and found out that actually, I'm not the only one struggling. Things are hard for everyone. I learned to do yoga and meditate that help me destress.
  • Aunty is in the hospital and these are the best medical care. Although I cannot go and visit her, I am still able to face time her and tell her that I'm here with her. We might be afraid but we are in this together
  • Now that aunty is in the hospital, I can still go and speak to her from out side the room and to face time her. Death is scary, but I can do my best to accompany her and tell her we are here for support.
