The necklace storyboard
I am the life of the party.
I can't believe we have to work so much.
Sweetie that necklace was made of paste it wasn't worth much.
The story begins when Monsieur Loisel gets invitations to a ball which is hard to get in. Once he tells his wife, Madam Loisel, she becomes upset because she doesn't have anything nice to wear or jewels to put on due to poverty. This is when Monsieur Loisel gives her money to buy a dress and tells her to borrow a necklace from her friend Madam Forestier. She borrows a diamond necklace from her friend and instantly becomes the most beautiful women in the party.
Once, they both return home Madam Loisel realizes that she no longer has the necklace. She begins to panic and her husband goes back to retrace their steps but unfortunately they can't find the necklace anywhere. They decide to tell Madam Forestier a lie to get them more time to figure something out. They decide to buy a new one however this puts them in a debt that will take them ten years to pay off by doing favors and luckily her friend never notices the fake necklace.
After, ten long years of working Madam Loisel no longer looks as young and beautiful as she used to. Madam Loisel finishes up paying her debt and decides to go to the park to freshen up. While she is at the park she sees Madam Forestier but Madam Forestier doesn't notice her at first but they soon begin to talk. Madam Loisel decides to tell Madam Forestier all that has happened. Madam Forestier holds her hands and tells her that she should have told her because the necklace was paste.
