Cicero and Casca are talking and them Cicero leaves and Cassius then talks to Casca about his belief in the heavens.
Cassius tempts the heavens with his horrible appearance in the night and Casca is questioning why he is tempting the heavens like that.
Cassius admits that Casca is pale and acts weird which is another part of the strange disturbance in heaven. Cassius addresses that Caesar is like this stormy night.
Cassius and Casca talk about how they will kill themselves if Caesar is now king to prove others that they are making a mistake cheering him along.
Cassius refers Caesar as a sheep because he would be a follower with the Romans and he will admit it. Casca agrees to be part of Cassius beliefs.
Casca and Cassius talk about how Brutus needs to be on their side to fight down Caesars power since he is considered to be trustful to Caesar.
