  • Cicero and Casca are talking and them Cicero leaves and Cassius then talks to Casca about his belief in the heavens.
  • Cassius tempts the heavens with his horrible appearance in the night and Casca is questioning why he is tempting the heavens like that.
  • Cassius admits that Casca is pale and acts weird which is another part of the strange disturbance in heaven. Cassius addresses that Caesar is like this stormy night.
  • Cassius and Casca talk about how they will kill themselves if Caesar is now king to prove others that they are making a mistake cheering him along.
  • Cassius refers Caesar as a sheep because he would be a follower with the Romans and he will admit it. Casca agrees to be part of Cassius beliefs.
  • Casca and Cassius talk about how Brutus needs to be on their side to fight down Caesars power since he is considered to be trustful to Caesar.
