  • Are you in stress? Why are you in stress? That isn't healthy for you.
  • I'm always in stress. I can't deal with so much.
  • I know stress is bad, but I can't deal with all my things together. I don't have time for anything. Not even taking care of me, I barely eat.
  • I think you need to figure out how to manage your time.
  • Get a calendar and everytime you got something just put it in the right time and day.
  • Thanks for the advice, I will do that, hope that it will be good for me.
  • The advice of getting a calendar a girl gave me some couple of days ago, it really worked for me. Now I have free time for me and now I'm eating good. I'm even sleeping better.
  • I started using those advice and my life is getting better. I stopped using procrastination in college.
  • It was so bad I had to be lying to professors just because I couldn't get time right for me.
  • Now with the time management, I can do other stuff, do college work, spend time with family and friends and have personal time.
  • I don't have now any stress about anything. I really have time for everything now.
  • It hasn't been easy, but it really has been worth it. Now I feel so much better!!!
