Storyboard Text

  • Daedalus was a famous architect, inventor and master craftsman. He had a beloved son named "Icarus".
  • Daedalus leaves Athens and heads to the Island of Crete.
  • He began to work for King Minos and Queen Pasiphae in the palace of Knossos.
  • When the dreadful Minotaur was born, Daedalus built the Labyrinth to corner the Monstrous Animal.
  • Daedalus gave Theseus a ball of yarn, he told him to trail it behind him creating a roadmap on how to get out of the Labyrinth.
  • Theseus succesfully slayed the monster and escaped Crete with Ariadne.
