The first step to getting a full license is to get your L. In order to get your L you need to study from the BC drivers book in order to pass the L written test.
Once you have studied hard and are 16 or older you can go into your nearest ICBC and take the written test.
If you pass your test it is then time for you to practice your driving with an adult who has their full licence and is over the age of 21. In order to drive you have to display your L magnet at all times and make sure to be careful when following all the rules of the road.
About a year after you take your L test, you are able to take your N test. This test requires you to operate the vehicle and execute different skills properly. A professional driving instructor will accompany you for this test and will mark you on your ability to preform certain techniques.
Once you pass your N test, you are now able to drive by yourself. Even though this may seem like the end, you still need to be practicing to perfect your driving skills and work hard to not recieve any proibations.
