  • Game day! 8:00am time for breakfast! I am going to go make some peanut butter toast, eggs, and have a glass of juice. This has carbs and protein!
  • 12:30pm, it's lunch time! I am going to make a sandwich, salad with low fat dressing, and some water! This will also give me more carbs for energy!
  • 5pm, snack time! I am going to make a fruit smoothie with strawberry, banana, and some spinach with skim milk. I'll also have some pretzels. This snack will make sure I have enough energy for my game!
  • Only one hour until game time! Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! I am going to drink plenty of water and gatorade!
  • 8pm, game time! No food during the game, but have to make sure I'm still hydrating!
  • 10pm, just got home from the game! Since it's so late, I'm just going to make a protein shake for recovery with banana, peanut butter, spinach, skim milk, and whey protein powder instead of eating a big meal.
