Game day! 8:00am time for breakfast! I am going to go make some peanut butter toast, eggs, and have a glass of juice. This has carbs and protein!
12:30pm, it's lunch time! I am going to make a sandwich, salad with low fat dressing, and some water! This will also give me more carbs for energy!
5pm, snack time! I am going to make a fruit smoothie with strawberry, banana, and some spinach with skim milk. I'll also have some pretzels. This snack will make sure I have enough energy for my game!
Only one hour until game time! Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! I am going to drink plenty of water and gatorade!
8pm, game time! No food during the game, but have to make sure I'm still hydrating!
10pm, just got home from the game! Since it's so late, I'm just going to make a protein shake for recovery with banana, peanut butter, spinach, skim milk, and whey protein powder instead of eating a big meal.
