They boarded the ship and dumped the tea into the water.
We are taking your tea and throwing it in the water.
The people got dressed up in Indian costumes . They grabbed clubs and hammers for weapons. Then they went to the blacksmiths to put coal dust on their cheeks. After they were ready they went to the wharf.
When they got to the wharf the people chanted and hollered "Huzzah!" The other people were holding weapons such as pistols or axes. It was dark with only the lanterns as light. Andrews went onto work were the others were ready.
They snuck into the area of the boat where the tea crates were. They started grabbing them and heaving them over to the side of the ship. We had to open the crates first because otherwise the crates will just float. After they opened they tossed them in the water.
