Go get some water, an wash this filthy witness from your hand. Why did you bring these daggers from the place?
Knock, knock, knock! Who's there i' th' name of Beelzebub?
The analysis of language is just her telling Macbeth to wash the blood of his hands and put the daggers back by the guards. This furthers the plot because the killing of Macbeth is huge part of the story and this is now the part where Macbeth can take the throne.
By saying the name Beelzebub it's giving a dark theme. He is saying the knocks to himself implying that he is crazy or something wrong with him mentally. This enhances to plot of the play because people are now looking for the Murderer of King Duncan and will do anything to find who did it.
