Moved the presidential and congressional beginning and ending of terms. Presidential term is from March 4-January 20, A congressional term is from March 4- January 3. This Amendment also explains who would take office if the president elect were to die.

Presidents are limited to two 4-year terms. Someone who has been acting president for more than two years of a term shall never be elected president more than once. The main idea was to create term limits.
