  • Electors are required to vote for president and vice president in separate ballots instead of voting twice for president.
  • Moved the presidential and congressional beginning and ending of terms. Presidential term is from March 4-January 20, A congressional term is from March 4- January 3. This Amendment also explains who would take office if the president elect were to die.
  • Senator: March 4, 2017- January 3, 2023
  • Presidents are limited to two 4-year terms. Someone who has been acting president for more than two years of a term shall never be elected president more than once. The main idea was to create term limits.
