This practice isn't going too well, how are we gonna make the playoffs?
I might not make it! That football is going to land too far!
I got it! It's all thanks to the force of gravity that pulled the football into my hands!
Ow! I got a scrape on my knee! The friction made it hurt!
The football team isn't having a great season due to the fact that passes either go too far or come up short. Gravity forces them to the ground if the force of the throw from the QB isn't strong enough. They are trying to exert the right amount of force to make sure gravity makes it a perfect pass.
They did it! They used the right amount of force and ran at the right speed for gravity to pull the ball back down to the field at the exact right spot for the wide reciever to catch it!
I'm getting a little nervous to do this bungee jump!
The boy is playing around his neighborhood and trips and falls on the concrete sidewalk. The friction between his knee and the sidewalk creates a scrape. When they rubbed against each other it triggered a force between the knee and the sidewalk. He is hurt and starts to cry.
I guess the magnetic force is dying out, oh well!
Luckily, his mother helps him out and comforts him after he gets the scrape. It is starting to feel better and it starts to heal. The force of friction between the ground and the knee was what caused the nasty cut.
Here, I'll help!
A daredevil is attempting one of her most dangerous stunts yet, bungee jumping from a city building. The bungee cord is elastic so once it is stretched out it will retract and launch her back up, using elastic force. She is getting nervous, but she knows she can do it!
But, I know that the elastic force will spring me back up and stop me from hitting the ground!
The man is hanging kitchen magnets but they keep falling off! Their magnetic force must be weak since they are about to fall off. The force that keeps them stuck on is fading away.
