Oh thank the lord your home. Life has been so hard here. Mom and Dad are ill and I have to do everything like cook, farm, clean. Its so stressful!
Sister. I am being shipped out to Gettysburg in the morning. Please be safe here with Mom and Dad.
Oh boy, please be safe brother and please try to write to me when you can. Let me know if you see brother Jack.
Oh my god jack is that you? I have to get you to a medic quick!
Soldier Alex arrives home the day before he ships out to Gettsyburg in the morning to tell his dear sister that he will be gone for a while.
Jack we are almost there!
On the battlefield Alex and his war mates are ambushed by some enemies near by. But Alex doesn't know that the guy he is about to kill is his brother. Keep in mind that Alex was firing the bone penetrating bullets that can mess your body up for life. That is if you survive
Im sorry soldier Alex. Your brother is dead. There is nothing I can do.
Alex finally realizes that he actually killed his brother instead of just a random confederate soldier.
Sister, I have come to tell you that I shot Jack by accident. He bled out in the medics building. Im sorry I had to tell you the horrible news. Its my fault.
Alex, its okay. He went against our union and our family. He was an enemy. He will always be our brother in our hearts and through spirit.
Alex carries his brother on his shoulders all the way to the medics shed not too far from Gettysburg to seek help from a nurse.
When Alex reaches the nurse clara barton he is very shocked and upset that his brother did not survive the gunshot wound. Clara sadly couldn't help alex at all.
Alex returns home from the army. He tells his sister that he had shot Jack and killed him. He and his sister are very upset but his sister explains to Alex about how Jack betrayed their family and the union. They will both miss him in their minds and their hearts.
