Today, I have to go to the grocery store to make the cakes for the banquet.
For each cake, I need 2 eggs, a 1/2 cup of milk, 1 box of cake batter, 1 container of icing.
I could create an equation to help me solve how much of the ingredients I should get.
y= ax+bx+cx. The A would represent how many eggs I need for cake, the B would represent how many half a cups I need for a cake, and the C would represent the containers of icing I need.
y= 2x+1/2x+1x would be the equation I would use.
Now that I have all the ingredients, I can start making the cakes for the banquet!
