  • Knoflick FITT goal Molly Brooker
  • Specific I want to be able to run 10Km within an hour by April, 6th 2014. I will do this by following a plan I created to ensure that I have date and evidence to show my improvement when it comes to not only my distance but speed.
  • I will record my running 2-3 times a week, collecting data for my distance and speed, and then share this on facebook once a week showing my improvements.
  • I will achieve this by following the set workouts, using the motivation from my friends and family, and peers on facebook.
  • - Help in various sports to have my distance and speed up - Being independent to motivate myself to stick to my plan - it is challenging and pushes me to run more(something I struggle with)
