This is Andrew Jackson back in the day he disliked the second bank of America very much.
Jackson believed that the bank favored the wealthy.
When the bank put in a new charter- a government permit to run the bank- Jackson vetoed it.
I hate the bank so i am going withdraw all government deposits.
The state banks then started issuing to much bank notes. Because the government was concerned of the value of the bank note they stopped accepting bank notes as payments for public land.
