Storyboard Text

  • Caesar refusing to accept the crown he  was rewarded 
  • He was thrice resented the crown and he thrice refused it 
  • Brutus soliloquy prior to the conspirators showing up 
  • I must be his death; and for my part, I know no personal cause to spurn him. But the general would be crowned 
  • Caesar's Death 
  • Et tu Brute ?
  • Caesar refused to take the crown that he was rewarded, which shocked the Roman People. This  what led to Cassius to believe that Caesar would become a tyrant. Which eventually led to Caesars death
  • Antony´s Speech 
  • Prior to the conspirators showing up to Brutus' house he has a conversation with himself about what he thinks he should do. Brutus is a noble guy adn want what is best for the Roman people. Brutus eventaully agrees to help the conspirators 
  • Fight between Brutus and Cassius 
  • You have done what you should be sorry for.
  • Caesar is killed by the conspirators in front of the capital. His last words show that he was even shocked that Brutus was apart of the plan. It ultimately showed how Caesar accepted his fate
  • Brutus´ Death 
  • Farewell good Strato. Caesar now will be still, I killed not thee with himself so good a will
  • Antony speaks after Brutus'speaks to the crowd. Brutus' trusted that Antony  would not say anything that would sway the audience against Brutus. This is what eventually leads to Brutus leaving Rome.
  • Me thinks there is much reason in his sayings
  • I come to bury Caesar not praise him.
  • This shows the fight between Brutus and Cassius where they both ultimately realize  that they were wrong for killing Caesar. Cassius then goes to realize that Portia killed herself. This is where you see Cassius become affecionate for the first time. 
  • I denied you not.
  • Brutus'death sums up that he was wrong for killing Caesar and he was tricked into helping out the conspirators. Brutus accepts his fate and runs into a sword. The ghost of Caesar says he will see him at Phillipi .
