  • The RIASEC model that I have created will help out lots of people looking for jobs that suit them. All a person needs to do is take the personality test to determine the field they would like the most in the career world.

  • So my results say that my Holland code is A.I.S. (Artistic, Investigative, Social) and my recessive traits are Investigative and social. I hope this helps me find a job.
  • Dr. John Holland was a psychologist who was born in 1919 and was raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He died in 2008. He was the one who created the RIASEC personality test.

  • The personality test can be taken online or on paper. Your personality will be divided into six categories (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Entrepreneurial, and Conventional) It is also represented as an acronym. (RIASEC)
