The Wedding Ceremony (detailed scene/ onomatopoeia)
Petruchio Announces That They're Leaving
“Thanks for coming everyone but I must leave now."
"I'm not leaving!"
It's Pretruchio and Katherine's wedding day. Everyone's waiting for the ceremony to begin but they're missing the groom! Katherine is very upset because she think Petruchio doesn't want to marry her anymore. But sure enough Petruchio comes riding a horse, dressed in crazy, mismatched clothes.
The priest asks Katherine if she'll marry Petruchio, she's about to say "I will not" but before she can finish her sentence he abruptly kisses her. It made a loud sound that echoed through the church. Which forced her to be married to him against her will.
They're all about to begin eating at the dinner, then all of a sudden Petruchio announces that he's leaving. He tells them that Katherine's his wife now, so she's his property. He forces Katherine to leave their own wedding without even eating. He doesn't even give them a reason why he has to go.
