Today we are going to be making Caramel Fudge. First you must head to the Store.
Here you must purchase, 125g butter, 395g sweetened condensed milk, 2tbs golden syrup, 1 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup white chocolate chopped into pieces. Now lets head home.
Now that we are home we must line a baking pan with baking paper. Once you are done with that you need to melt the butter on low head. Then add Condensed milk, Syrup, and brown sugar
Stir over a low heat until it comes to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Now Remove from heat, stir in white chocolate and mix until smooth. Pour into prepared tin and allow to cool. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
