Storyboard Text

  • Noah hears God's voice
  • ''The descendants of Adam had grown wicked, so I have decided to flood the earth of all my creations, but you and your family shall be saved! You must make yourself a ark that is....... as it will rain for 40 days and nights!!'' God said
  • Noah and his sons start to build the ark
  • Noah gathers all the animals into the ark
  • One day a man named Noah heard God's voice and his plans to the destroy the earth and all of his creations and he also heard about God's decision to save him and his family from the flood and for that he was very grateful! God also told Noah that he had to make an ark for him, his family and one male and one female of every  type animal on this earth.
  • The flood
  • Just as God asked, Noah and his sons began to build the gigantic ark. Which was meant to be 300 cubits long, 50 cubits wide, 30 cubits high, 3 storeys tall, roofed with reeds, coated inside and out with tar and it had to be made out of cypress wood with a door and window.
  • The end of the storm
  • After Noah and his sons were finished building the ark, they collected enough food to last for them and all the animals in the ark. They then gathered one male and one female of every animal god created and lead them into to ark. Once that was finished Noah and his family also went inside ark and closed the door.
  • God's promise
  • Then the sky turned black and it started to rain heavily for 40 days and nights. Then the flood waters rose and finally the water was too deep for any creature to live in, so all living things on the earth had surely perished.
  • Finally it stopped raining and the ark came to rest on a mountain peak in Ararat. Then to see if the waters were subsiding Noah let out a dove and a raven several times until they found somewhere to land, then one time the dove came back with an olive tree leaf in her beak and then next time they both didn't come back and then Noah knew for sure the waters were reseeding.
  • Then once the waters fully subsided and the ground was dry, God then told Noah and his family to leave the ark and to set all the animals free, Noah than built an altar in thanksgiving and on it was an offering to God. God was pleased and promised to never flood the earth ever again and as a reminder a rainbow will appear every time after it rains.
  • '' The world is for you and your children to govern, all the beasts on the land, birds in the sky and fish in the sea shall provide food for you. And your descendants shall cover the earth.''
