Team Planning: Everyone is going to pair up to practice how it feels to be a employee in a situation where the customer is wrong and as the employee it is your employee it is your job to react accordingly. One of you are going to be the rude customer and the other will be yourself and then you will switch.
Goal: Every employee to be able to react in a manner that will show the customer respect while still being able to do their job
