What roles does the President have as chief legislator?
When the President takes on the role of chief legislator, they must also take on the role of rejecting and allowing bills. They must also convince the congress to make a law.
One bill that I want to pass is possibly that there should not be any kill shelters in america. Those poor dogs and cats have lives too!
This bill will benefit everyone because we will save dogs lives! And if shelter are too crowded, I have an idea from an article of transporting some dogs to different shelters.
I will make this law the way that the President said it should be because this law will be a good aid to the US's dogs and will help make the dogs have better lives.
I will sign this bill because it is exactly the way that I imagined it and will help the USA.
Daddy! May we get the puppy?
I signed this law because I wanted to put a end to dog abuse. Killing a dog because they are taking up room is still considered a type of animal abuse.
