Hey Linda! Welcome to the research room. We're growing some brain stem cells here so please don't touch any equipment. I'll be right back.
Wow! Of course Tom, no need to worry!
It's just stem cells, what could possibly go wrong?
Oh but poor Tom needed to worry, because Linda doesn't care about his little experiment and would gladly set her inner child loose.
Ahh, interesting, the chemical killed around 70k cells but the other 800k are multiplying at an abnormally fast pace. Great work Linda, we'll come back tomorrow to check it out.
Oh it's quite alright, I set the whole thing up knowing you'd do that. It gets boring here and I needed to spice things up a bit.
Uhh I didn't touch anything but that sounds great.
Pretty exciting. I had to use a bigger dish since the cells grew exponentially and hit 10 million at around the 17th hour and 24 million after a day. Using these 2 values, I calculated the average rate of change to be 2.242.
Sorry I couldn't visit yesterday, how's the research going?
That's insane, but I don't think the brain is going to grow, it's changed colour and it's all just a big blob. Maybe we should scrap this project before it gets any worse.
Hmm you're right, but I'm gonna keep it here for a couple more days and run some more tests.
Day 4: Tom and Linda walk into the lab to find a huge surprise...
Dear god! Tom what was in that container that I poured into it!?
For our own safety, only I can know, and I got tons more of it. Once we sell(cell) these, we're gonna be rich!
