A scientific model is are representations of objects, systems or events and are used as tools for understanding the natural world. Models use familiar objects to represent unfamiliar things.
There are three different types of scientific models: ~Physical ~Mathematical/Computer ~Conceptual
An example of using Physical models is models of the solar system, a globe of the Earth, or a model of the human torso.
An example of using Conceptual models is the classification system used to classify living things.
An example of using Computer models is a model that predicts the effect of different systems or forces.
