  • Sign this! We want to trade with you, and if you refuse, we have our navy ships on stand by.
  • The Westerners that were in Japan often committed crimes in Japan and never really received much of any punishment.
  • Japan in 1854
  • Look at the way their acting!! Its so unfair; they're not even receiving any punishment.
  • Around this time period from 1603 to 1867, The US essentially bullied Japan into letting them use their ports to trade and expanded territory to Westerners, which they took advantage of.
