One day, three drunk men had the idea to go out, look for, and fight death. "I saw death just the other day!" said a little boy. "Just down the road a ways..."
The three found an old man while looking for death. "Why are you still alive you old man?" asked one. "Death has not come for me yet." "You speak of Death, where is that false traitor?" "If you wish to find death, go up path and turn up the crooked way. That's where I left him."
They ran up the way and found a huge pile of gold. Excited, they came up with a plan to move it during the night. To celebrate, they drew sticks to send someone to retrieve some mead. The youngest had the shortest stick.
While in town, the youngest got an idea: poison the mead and take the gold for himself.
Little did he know, the other two were also planning on taking the gold for themselves. Once the youngest got back, they would stab him to death.
The two's plan worked perfectly. After stabbing the youngest, they celebrated with a drink from the mead retrieved. The effects of the poison soon took place, and in the end, they all found Death.
