Storyboard Text

  • There was once a princess who could communicate with animals.
  • To prevent war between them and the neighbouring kingdom, her parents sent her to marry the prince .
  • Throughout the three month journey to her new home, the princess' waiting maid and the rest of the company turned on her and made her promise not to tell anybody what had happened.
  • Now, in the position of the hand maid, the true princess strolled into what would've become her home along with the company and the girl in her place. When the king asked who he thought was the princess what should be done with her hand maiden she replied "She can be the goose girl."
  • One night the king walked past the true princess' sleeping chambers and heard her say to herself "If only the king was aware that I am the true princess not the untrustworthy hand maiden who has kept me to my unwilling promise."
  • The next day the king asked the fraud what should be done to someone who has deceived everyone, unaware that she had been caught she said "they should be put in a barrel full of nails and pulled down the street by two white horses until they are dead." After this had occurred the true princess and the prince were introduced and fell in love instantly. Nothing tragic ever came to them again.
