Lady Macbeth Convinces Macbeth to Kill King Duncan
I have done the deed. Didst thou not hear a noise?
Screw your courage to the sticking place, and we'll not fail. When Duncan is asleep-
The three witches gather around to tell Macbeth and Banquo their fate. While there the witches tell Macbeth he will become the next Thane of Cawdor, and they tell Banquo that his son will also become the next king.
Lady Macbeth Kills the Guards
Lady Macbeth: Give me the daggers. ... If he do bleed, I’ll gild the faces of the grooms withal, for it must seem their guilt.
Macbeth is crowned Thane of Cawdor, as the witches predicted. The witches predicted that he would become the next Thane of Cawdor but he did not believe it. It shows Macbeth that the witches predictions were right, so he should listen to them.
Macbeth is Crowned King
A little after Macbeth becomes Thane of Cawdor, Lady Macbeth comes up with the plan for Macbeth to kill King Duncan. Lady Macbeth would have killed King Duncan herself but he looked too much like her father, so she could not kill him. She wanted him dead though that way Macbeth would become the next king.
Banquo is Killed and Fleance Escapes
Macbeth: Thou are the best o’th’ cutthroats. Yet he’s good that did the like for Fleance; if thou didst it, thou art the nonpareil.
After Macbeth killed King Duncan Lady Macbeth went back to the crime scene with the daggers and wiped the Kings blood on the guards. Macbeth went back to kill the guards that way they could not testify as a witness saying that they did not kill Duncan and suspect that somebody else had done it.
Macbeth becomes king by murdering King Duncan and framing King Duncan's guards. Malcolm was supposed to be declared king, but he fled with his brother Donalbain. Since Macbeth was a high ranking thane, Macbeth was selected as the new king.

Most royal sir, Fleance is ‘scaped
After Macbeth is crowned King, he wants Banquo and his son Fleance killed but he can not kill them himself. So, he sends three murderers out to kill Banquo and Fleance, but when they get there they kill Banquo but Fleance escapes.
