  • How to prepare the formula:1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water.Measure and pour desired amount of water into baby bottle.Add unpacked, level scoop(s) of powder to the bottle as directed. Return dry scoop to can.Put the cap on the bottle and shake. (Tip: Moving your wrist in a twisting motion helps powder formula mix more quickly and more thoroughly.)Feed or store immediately in refrigerator.
  • How to hold the baby:Have one hand under the buttox and the other on the shoulder and the hand. Use your forearm to support the neck and head as you raise your hands together to raise the newborn.
  • How to burp the baby:Lay the baby across your knees or hold the baby across your chest with the head above your shoulders
  • Leftover formula should never be reused or saved for later if the baby drank from it. If the baby has not touched the formula it goes into the fridge for at least 3 hours
