  • Andrew Jackson was born in Tennessee on March 15,1767 
  • 1828 Jackson's 1st Election
  • Jhon Q. Adams unfairly  clutched the will  in the election for the U.S president even though Andrew Jackson got more votes.
  • 1828 South Carolina Nullification
  • Passed by the Congress of the United States of America on May 19th 1828, the tariff of abominations was designed to protect industries in the northern United States.
  • Trail Of Tears
  • In 1828 it was time for the election to diside who would be the next U.S president. Andrew Jackson was ready to get his revenge on Jhon Q. Adams.He succeeded and became the 11th president United States of America.
  • South Carolina was refusing to follow (nullify) a tariff bill passed by the US Congress. Andrew Jackson offered to lower the tariff,but South Carolina still refused, then Henry Clay made a compromise.
  • This was an act of forcing the Cherokee Indians out of their land in order to take it from them Andrew Jackson sent troops with them to make sure they were heading to the set a  place for them on the long and tiring trip.
