The myosin heads then bind to the actin. Which, makes ADP release.
Once ADP is released, the myosin heads pull across the actin, Which causes the release of myosin from the actin at the correct time.
when its time to relax, Calcium returns to the Sarcoplasmic reticulum. Which , in return, causes the muscle to relax.
This process is repeated. That's the Sliding Filament theory.
