  • Having those missiles so close to the United Sates in Cuba is a clear threat!

  • Ahhhh! Nuclear war is coming!

  • Fine!
  • Fine! We’ll remove out missiles if you promise not to invade Cuba!

  • The agreement left Cuba completely dependent on the Soviet Union. The World had, however, avoided Nuclear War. Tensions, though, would continue to be high between the Soviet Union and America.
