Setting: Dark December night, at this mans house. Characters: Man, Lenore, Raven
Conflict: Internal- Man is dealing with the loss of his loved one Lenore.
Rising Action: Man hears taping and opens the door for the "visitor" then when nothing appears at the door he opens the window and a talking raven flys in and the man asks the rave depressing questions about Lenore and the raven replies with "nevermore".
Climax The man asks the bird if he will ever see Lenore, and the raven says "Nevermore"
Falling Action: The man becomes enraged by the bird for saying that to him, and screams at the raven to get out of his house.
Resolution: The man realizes that the bird reminded him of Lenore and that he will never be the same without her so he feels that the bird has taken a piece of his soul.
