Storyboard Text

  • The plant is getting carbon dioxide from the air and soil.
  • When animals eat plants the carbon moves from plant to animal. Same can be said from animal to animal.
  • When animals breathe out, they release carbon back into the atmosphere.
  • Carbon moves from animals to the ground when an animals dies or uses the bathroom.
  • When humans burn fossil fuels at factories or use fossil fuels to heat our homes, the carbon enters the atmosphere as carbon dioxide gas.
  • These fossil fuels that I got from the forest soil are going to be so beneficial to us!
  • Oceans absorb some of the carbon dioxide that's in the air. The carbon then dissolves into the water.
