Storyboard Text

  • "Beep. Beep. Beep. My dad won't stop beeping."
  • Dad
  • I'm worried for my dad. His legs have kind of... fallen asleep. My sisters Tifany, and Layla are with my mom in the hospital cafe. He has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
  • Maggie
  • My mom got me a note book for my 12th birthday. I'v decided that in it I will write my memoir, or an autobiographical writing the tells the meaning of the author's life during a specific moment in time. That is what you are reading right now... MY memoir.
  • And just as I thought things were getting better, my dad had a seizure... on my birthday. So, what did we do? We celebrated my birthday at the hospital, I got a cupcake from the vending machine, and we made a blanket fort to sleep in, in dad's room.
  • Dad was out of the hospital for a while now! It was my birthday and I was om my way back from my second favorite place(first being the ice cream shop), the library.
  • Tiffany
  • As I'm writing this, I picture what everything will be like in 10 years.
  • Layla
  • I'm wondering to see if dad will still need his wheelchair or crutches. But until then I write in my book "Beep. Beep. Beep. My dad won't stop beeping"
  • Mom
