  • Honey did you take your vitamins this morning ?
  • No, I don't want to anymore they don't do anything
  • They help your body function and process other nutrients
  • But can't I just eat foods with these nutrients
  • Vitamins C&B absored, moved throughout the body when dissolved in water
  • You can but it won't give you everything, just at least take some water soluble 
  • But Can't i just drink some water then, or eat food with a lot of water?
  • But isn't that just another vitamin?
  • You need to watch the Fat soluble intake
  • Yes, but you still need to take them cause water is constantly lost through urine and perspiration
  • Oh great another thing.
  • Is that all?
  • Yes.
  • Vitamans A,D,E,K transfer through your bloodstream in fat droplets to much of these can be dangerous
  • So what can i eat and not eat?
  • And this is Fat Soluble.
  • watch A,D,E,K so potatoes, egg, oils, white grains but the Vitamins B and C which is like milk, meat, and sunlight is okay for whatever
  • I'm just going to take the vitamins next time.
