  • Hi son, I just made you eggs on the frypan
  • thank you! I must continue my science project after breakfast we are learning about different types of energy could you help by explaing how they work with examples?
  • well the first one is heat energy, heat energy, there is a video I will show you explaining them all
  • okay!
  • heat energy is everything that contains even the smallest amount of heat, the particles of a hot object vibrate in place we cant see it but we can feel it! lets say you had eggs on the frypan this morning, you are using heat energy!
  • next type of energy is kinetic, kinetic energy is moving one object from one place to another like me walking with this mug from here to the table!
  • this type of energy is called chemical energy and is created by eating or drinking food or a liquid which is stored in your body and is used by when you produce kinetic energy eg.walking talking moving.
  • this type of energy is called electric energy which is produced when electronic circuits like wires go through things like your tv cord produce particles called electrons eg. watching tv just like you are doing now!
