  • Romeo! Juliet is dead...
  • While at a ball to mend the skirmish, between the Monteque and Capulet boys, Romeo sees Juliet and instantly falls in love.
  • Resolution
  • After Tybalt kills Mercutio, Romeo's bestfriend, Romeo seeks revenge and kills Tybalt Juliet's cousin. As a result Romeo is banned from Verona.

  • While in banishment, Romeo receives word of Juliet's death, but little does he know that Juliet is not in fact dead but under a sleeping potion given to her by Friar Laurence.
  • On the way back to see Juliet, Romeo picks up poison from an apothecary. He went to the Capulet's sepulchre and found Juliet's body. He then drinks the poison and Juliet wakes up to find him dying. After Romeo dies, Juliet takes his dagger and kills herself, leaving them both dead.
  • As a result, the houses of Capulets and Montague stopped fueding and were at peace. This was one of Shakespeare's most famous tragedies.
