We, the Executive branch are in charge of enforcing the laws, its power is vested in the President. The President acts as both the head of state and commander-in-chief of the armed forces. Independent federal agencies are tasked with enforcing the laws enacted by Congress.
There is one way we can check the judicial branch. this occurs when the president nominates, judges or jusices
We the legislative branch, Headed by Congress, which includes the House of Representatives and the Senate. The main task of these two bodies is to make the laws. Its powers include passing laws, originating spending bills (House), impeaching officials (Senate), and approving treaties (Senate).
The legislative branch can check the power of the governing party by overriding presidential vetoes executive branch., ratifying treaties signed by the president, confirming presidential appointments, and having the power to impeach.
We can remove a president or judge that is not doing his/her job.
We can check the legislative branch by overturning a law that has been passed by congress and signed by the president.
We can check the executive branch by declaring that they are being unconstitutional.
We the Judicial Branch ,Headed by the Supreme Court determines whether the Constitution allows certain laws to be passed. If the Supreme Court decides that a law passed by Congress is not allowable, then the law is considered unconstitutional and is erased.
