Storyboard Text

  • Indirect Characterization
  • I'm sorry for my wrong doings.
  • Theme
  • "God bless us everyone!"
  • Indirect Characterization
  • This book is awesome! But wait..where is everyone?
  • Scrooge feels badly for everything he has done in the past and he wants to change.
  • Symbolism
  • Marley, why are there chains around your neck?
  • The entire Cratchit family shows great joy and displays the theme of the Christmas spirit. They are forgiving and hopeful even when things are difficult.
  • Internal Conflict
  • Scrooge is all alone with no one to talk to. All he can do is read a book in school, while the other kids play together outside during the Christmas season.
  • Symbolism
  • "It's likely to be a very cheap funeral, for, upon my life, I don't know of anybody to go to it."
  • Scrooge is seeing chains on Marley and these chains symbolize all of the wrong doings Marley had done in his life.
  • This is the internal conflict between Scrooge and his old selfish, mean ways, because if Scrooge does not change he will be the one in the coffin.
  • Is that my coffin?!
  • This symbolizes that Scrooge was so mean that no one would care if he died.
  • R.I.P Scrooge
