  • Wearing proper shoes and protective equipment. Stretching exercises before playing a sport. Hold each stretch for 20 seconds. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Rest when you're tired. Learn the proper techniques of each sport. Exercise different muscle groups each day.
  • Those are some prevention tips for avoiding injuries in sports.  
  • Find a sport doctor to get proper treatment for your injuries.
